The Office of Human Resource is committed to working strategically with the diverse Orange County College community in identifying and responding to its changing needs.

We will provide leadership and oversight for the recruitment, appointment, advancement and retention of all SUNY Orange employees.

We will also provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures, in the hopes of fostering a positive work environment.

Our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organization and employee development, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR information management and regulatory compliance.

The department is a resource for the Orange County College community and is recognized as a dynamic team of knowledgeable professionals who impact and promote equity and fair human relations throughout the organization. The Department is customer-service driven and responsive to the changing needs and expectations of the community it serves.
